What is bubble tea?
Bubble tea, also known internationally as Pearl Milk Tea or Boba Boba, is a Taiwanese drink based on sweetened green or black tea to which milk or fruit syrup is added. Fruit pearls in various flavors are added to bubble teas with fruit syrup. Tapioca pearls are added to bubble teas with milk; these are obtained from the cassava root.

Millie stands for modern street food enjoyment with a special standard: lactose-free frozen yogurt, freshly prepared, light and refreshing – a treat for everyone who wants to enjoy consciously.
The selection is complemented by hot waffles on a stick, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, baked fresh on-site and a visual delight. For all coffee lovers, Millie also offers a creamy frozen cappuccino that combines delicate coffee notes with a summery lightness.

The Naan Brüder are a family-run street food concept from Vienna with Punjabi roots. Three brothers bring authentic Indian street food with a modern twist to events, office lunches, and festivals – freshly cooked, intensely spiced, and prepared with great passion. The focus is on dishes like Butter Chicken, Smokey Paneer, Channa, and homemade curries, inspired by the street food of North India and the tastes of our childhood.
We combine authentic soul food with a modern food truck vibe and want to show how versatile, high-quality and exciting Indian street food can be.
