Cosplayer Application Form 2026

Welcome to the application form for the cosplay booths at LEVEL UP 2026 (May 23 & 24, 2026).

All applicants will receive their final acceptance or rejection by the end of March at the latest.

Registration deadline: March 15

Package: Cosplayer (2x2m)
- 1 table and 1 chair on site (size 180x75cm)*
- uniform back wall
- 1 exhibitor pass + 1 parking ticket for the duration of the event
- Mention in the exhibitor directory with logo/photo + link
- Costs for both festival days: free

* Table sizes are subject to change. The final table sizes will be announced with the confirmations at the end of February.

Add-Ons:
- Additional table* €20 (NOTE: More tables ≠ more space. If you need more space, please contact us by email!)
- Additional Chair* € 15,-
- Electricity incl. consumption € 30,-
- Additional exhibitor pass € 18,-
- Introduction on Instagram: Collective post with max. 5 other cosplayers as a collab post € 20,-

* as long as stocks last
