Cosplay Booth Application Form 2027

Welcome to the application form for cosplay booths at LEVEL UP 2027 (May 22 & 23, 2027).

All applicants will receive their final acceptance or rejection by the end of March at the latest.

Application deadline: March 14, 2027

Package: Cosplay (2x2m)
- 1 table and 1 chair on site (size 180x75cm)*
- plain back wall
- 1 exhibitor pass + 1 parking ticket for the duration of the event
- mention in the exhibitor directory with logo/photo + link
- costs for both event days: free of charge

* Table sizes are subject to change. The final table sizes will be announced together with the confirmations by the end of March.

Add-Ons:
- Additional table* € 20,- (NOTE: More tables ≠ more space. If you need more space, please contact us by email!)
- Additional chair* € 15,-
- Electricity incl. consumption € 30,-
- Additional exhibitor ticket € 18,-
- Introduction on Instagram: Collective post with max. 5 other cosplayers as a collab post € 20,-

I hereby confirm that by submitting this registration, I fully accept the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and the House Rules. Deletions, additions, and amendments to the registration form and the GTC are invalid. Early dismantling during the event is not permitted and will be subject to a penalty clause. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes of any kind between Messezentrum Salzburg GmbH and the exhibitor is the court responsible for the city of Salzburg. Austrian law applies. The GTC and the House Rules are available for download at www.mzs.at/de/agb/ and will gladly be sent to you upon request.
