Welcome to the application form for the Artist and Dealer area at LEVEL UP 2026 (May 23 & 24, 2026).
!! By the end of February at the latest, all applicants in the Artist Alley will receive their final acceptance or rejection!

At LEVEL UP you can choose one of two packages:
Package 1: Artists (3x2m)
- 1 table and 1 chair on site (size 180x75cm)*
- uniform back wall
- 2 exhibitor passes & 1 parking card for the duration of the festival
- Mention in the list of exhibitors with logo + link
- Costs for both festival days: 110,- Euro excl. VAT
Package 2: Vendor (6x2m)
- 2 Tables & 2 Chairs (Size 200x50cm)*
- uniform back wall
- 2 exhibitor passes & 1 parking card for the duration of the festival
- Mention in the list of exhibitors with logo + link
- Costs for both festival days: 330,- Euro excl. VAT
* Table sizes are subject to change. The organizer will notify you of any changes in a timely manner.
Add-Ons:
- Additional table* €20 (NOTE: More tables ≠ more space. If you need more space, please contact us by email!)
- Additional Chair* € 15,-
- Electricity incl. consumption € 30,-
- Additional exhibitor pass € 18,-
- Feature on Instagram: Collective post with max. 5 other artists/vendors as a collab post € 20,-
* as long as stocks last
