The countdown is on: In just one month, the Salzburg Exhibition Centre will transform into a vibrant playground for gaming, esports, cosplay, and community. On May 23rd and 24th, 2026, LEVEL UP returns with another high-energy festival weekend – featuring thrilling show matches, interactive stage formats, creative competitions, and an atmosphere that invites everyone to participate.
Three stages, strong highlights
On the eSports Stage, formats like the DACH CS Masters, the ESSL Champions Cup powered by MCI, and the Red Bull Duo Clash ensure exciting matches and a real competitive atmosphere. The Raiffeisen Club Community Stage focuses on entertaining, interactive formats such as The Amazing Nerdquiz: Gaming Edition and LudeCat, where the audience becomes part of the action.

Step into worlds of adventure
Beyond the stages, LEVEL UP 2026 offers numerous areas that make the festival a diverse experience. In the Gaming Zone and Free2Play Area, visitors can dive straight into the action, try out games, test them, and connect with fellow players, while the Retro Area brings back the magic of classic gaming with arcade and pinball machines. The Indie Games Area showcases bold new ideas and encourages direct interaction between developers and the audience. In the Artist Alley & Vendor Area, creatives from across Europe present their work related to comics, anime, manga, and pop culture. The Community Area becomes a meeting point for teams, organizations, and tournaments, bringing people together at the heart of the scene. Analog gaming formats also have their place at LEVEL UP: In the Tabletop & Trading Card Games Area, players can roll dice, play games, and think strategically – with just as much excitement and community spirit as in the digital world.
