Booth size\/price:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Artist package: 3x2m, \u20ac110.00 excl. VAT<\/li>\n
  • Vendor package: 6x2m, \u20ac330.00 excl. VAT<\/li>\n
  • Cosplay package: 2x2m, free of charge<\/li>\n
  • The price is for the entire duration of the event.<\/li>\n
  • Additional furniture and electricity can be booked separately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Equipment:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Artist package: 1x table and 1x chair, 2x exhibitor ticket<\/li>\n
    • Vendor package: 2x table and 2x chair, 2x exhibitor ticket<\/li>\n
    • Cosplay package: 1x table and 1x chair, 1x exhibitor ticket<\/li>\n
    • Each package includes a parking permit for the duration of the event, a mention in the exhibitor directory with logo and link, and a uniform back wall.<\/li>\n
    • If more tickets are required, this must be noted on the registration form under comments or purchased on site at the ticket office.<\/li>\n
    • The organizer reserves the right to slightly vary table sizes. Any deviations will be communicated in a timely manner.<\/li>\n
    • All furniture used, including tables and chairs, must remain within the artist\/vendor area marked by the organizer during the event and must be returned complete and undamaged at the end of the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        General booth information:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • The General Terms and Conditions and the House Rules of Messezentrum Salzburg (https:\/\/www.mzs.at\/de\/agb\/) apply.<\/li>\n
        • The application period runs from 23 October 2026 until 14 February \/ 14 March 2027 for cosplay booths. Applications received after the respective deadlines will automatically be placed on the waiting list.<\/li>\n
        • Co-exhibitors must be named in the registration form at the time of application. A maximum of two exhibitors may share a booth. An additional fee of \u20ac40 applies for each co-exhibitor. The co-exhibitor arrangement cannot be changed after the booth has been confirmed. The co-exhibitor fee is non-refundable if the shared arrangement is dissolved.<\/li>\n
        • There is no restriction on the number of booth assistants and supervisors, unless they are additional co-exhibitors.<\/li>\n
        • Applicants who have attracted the organizer's negative attention in the past, e.g. through breaches of the rules, defamation, immoral behaviour, etc., will not be accepted or will only be accepted to a limited extent. This also applies to participation in the form of a co-exhibitor.<\/li>\n
        • Dismantling before the end of the official event running times is not permitted.<\/li>\n
        • The organizer is not liable for damage caused by third parties or for theft of the goods.<\/li>\n
        • The placement of goods and\/or advertising material outside the booth area is not permitted and may lead to extra costs or, in the event of a repeat offence, to exclusion.<\/li>\n
        • The booth may not be passed on or rented to others without the written consent of the organizer.<\/li>\n
        • The walls must not be pasted over or damaged in any other way.<\/li>\n
        • The booth equipment must be returned in impeccable condition at the end of the event.<\/li>\n
        • Restoration and replacement of damaged, destroyed or lost furnishings will be carried out solely by the organizer at the expense of the artist\/vendor\/cosplayer.<\/li>\n
        • The booth space may not be altered (e.g. extended) during the event. Fees may be charged in the event of non-compliance.<\/li>\n
        • Power connection: The organizer is not liable for any damage caused by the use of power connections at the event location.<\/li>\n
        • Advertising measures (e.g. flyers) are permitted without restriction at your own booth (within the framework of normal event operations). However, within the wider event premises, advertising is only permitted in consultation with the organizer.<\/li>\n
        • The organizer reserves the right to reject registrations without giving reasons.<\/li>\n
        • The conclusion of the contract does not entitle the artist\/vendor\/cosplayer to be assigned a specific location, but their preferences will be taken into account<\/li>\n
        • The exchange of booths between authorized artists\/vendors\/cosplayers requires the prior consent of the organizer.<\/li>\n
        • If no response is received within 3 weeks of receipt of the confirmation, the organizer reserves the right to allocate the booth to another exhibitor, whereby the confirmation issued loses its validity.<\/li>\n
        • After the application phase, exhibitors will receive an acceptance or rejection. Only exhibitors who have been accepted will subsequently receive a booth confirmation including invoice.<\/li>\n
        • Selection procedure: The organizer reserves the right to allocate the available places as follows: 1\/3 specifically selected, 1\/3 according to order and depending on the date of receipt of the registration, 1\/3 by random draw. Care will be taken to ensure a good and fair mix of everything.<\/li>\n
        • The organizer reserves the right to adjust the selection procedure and the number of places available during the planning phase.<\/li>\n
        • The organizer ensures that the preliminary table plan is finalized at least three weeks before the start of LEVEL UP. Each exhibitor will receive a table number and a table plan and can find their own table on site. The LEVEL UP team will be available to assist.<\/li>\n
        • If a stand is not dismantled within the specified time, the organizer will clear it at the expense of the exhibitor\/vendor\/cosplayer.<\/li>\n
        • All furniture, including tables and benches, must be placed within the marked stand area. In the event of violations, the organizer may immediately dismantle the stand without refund of the stand fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
